Tasks:
- Lead a 2x person shift on a 40+ store commercial office space, planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Carry out scheduled maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and HVAC equipment.
- Ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed to high standards and in compliance with regulations.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical faults on a variety of systems, including control panels, motors, pumps, and BMS.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergencies, minimising downtime and ensuring equipment is back in service as quickly as possible.
- Carry out electrical installations, modifications, and upgrades as required, adhering to relevant regulations and standards (BS7671).
Qualifications:
- NVQ or City and Guilds Level 3 electrical installations
- 17th or 18th Edition wiring regulations
