The Role
A leading provider in HVAC services is currently looking for a Mobile Chiller Engineer to join their team across the North West. As a Mobile Chiller Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality service and maintenance across multiple client sites. Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out PPMs, reactive maintenance, and fault finding on chillers and AC systems
- Servicing and commissioning HVAC equipment including chillers, AHUs, and associated plant
- Diagnosing faults and completing repairs and warranty work where required
- Producing detailed technical reports and service documentation
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with Health & Safety procedures and company standards
- Liaising with Contract Managers and support teams to ensure smooth delivery of works
- Supporting wider service and maintenance activities when required
- Participating in the on-call rota (1 in 8) to attend emergency callouts
What You’ll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in chiller or refrigeration engineering
- Strong fault‑finding and maintenance experience within HVAC
- FGAS certification (essential)
- NVQ / City & Guilds in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or Building Services (desirable)
- Full UK Driving Licence (max 6 points, no pending cases)
