We are a well‑established contractor specialising in super‑prime residential refurbishments across London’s most prestigious postcodes, delivering design‑led projects with meticulous quality and technical expertise.
The Opportunity
My client is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor and Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of prime residential refurbishment projects typically ranging from £2m to £15m+ in contract values. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex and rewarding projects in a dynamic contractor located in Central London, requiring regular site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the financial and commercial management of projects from procurement through to final account.
- Prepare and review cost plans, tenders, valuations, and variations.
- Assist with procurement of subcontract packages, including negotiation and contract administration.
- Carry out site visits to monitor progress and support accurate cost reporting.
- Work closely with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure commercial objectives are achieved.
- Maintain accurate records, forecasts, and reporting documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold high standards of quality and delivery.
