Hill McGlynn are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager on behalf of a well-established main contractor specialising in high-end commercial fit out and cut & carve projects across London. This is an excellent opportunity to take the lead on a flagship £8m commercial refurbishment project in Fitzrovia, with the additional opportunity to oversee several smaller projects concurrently.

We are specifically looking for candidates who have a proven background delivering projects within the commercial fit out and cut & carve sector. Experience working within occupied buildings, managing structural alterations, and delivering high-spec refurbishment schemes is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full project management of an £8m commercial fit out / cut & carve scheme
  • Managing programmes, budgets, subcontractors, and site teams
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
  • Potential oversight of additional smaller projects running alongside the main scheme
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial fit out and cut & carve projects
  • Strong technical and construction knowledge
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Stable employment history with reputable contractors
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications
