A leading M&E contractor is seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team on a flagship hyperscale data centre development in North-West London. This role sits within a long-term, multi-phase hyperscale campus programme and represents a key commercial position on a £100m+ MEP package within one of the UK’s most significant mission‑critical projects.
You will report directly into the Senior Commercial Lead and work as part of a high‑performing commercial team responsible for the successful delivery of complex Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health packages in a fast‑paced data centre environment.
The Role
You will take full commercial responsibility for allocated MEP packages, ensuring robust cost control, accurate reporting and contractual compliance across all stages of delivery. This is a hands‑on role covering valuation, variations, subcontract management, procurement support and commercial reporting across large‑scale technically complex works.
