Mechanical Contract Manager required to join a fast-growing Mechanical Building Services principal contractor delivering complex HVAC and mechanical plant installations across the South East. The business operates within the refurbishment and end-user sector, working directly with clients across education, healthcare and commercial environments with no traditional new-build construction focus. Projects range from £100K to £4M and typically involve mechanical plant, pipework and system integration works including:

  • LTHW & chilled water systems
  • Air source heat pumps (ASHP)
  • Mechanical plant installations
  • Pipe services and system connections
  • Integration into existing building systems

This is a delivery-focused role overseeing full mechanical contract lifecycle from pre-construction through to completion across a busy and secure order book.

Responsibilities

  • Full mechanical contract delivery from start to finish
