CBW is currently recruiting for an excellent opportunity within one of London's most prestigious and high-profile mixed-use developments. This role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality building maintenance services across a large, busy estate comprising commercial offices, retail spaces, public realm areas, and residential properties, ensuring both planned and reactive maintenance is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 17:00pm. Overtime Available.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate building maintenance engineers and specialist subcontractors.
- Ensure all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works are delivered to required standards.
- Review, approve, and manage RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements).
- Issue and control Permits to Work in line with site safety procedures.
- Monitor and update CAFM systems, ensuring accurate maintenance records.
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company policies.
- Produce reports, track KPIs/SLAs, and support contract performance reviews.
- Liaise with clients, tenants, and internal teams to maintain high service levels.
- Identify plant or system defects and coordinate remedial works.
- Assist with quotations, scopes of work, and technical recommendations.
- Support the Contract Manager with day-to-day contract delivery and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Electrically or Mechanically qualified (City & Guilds Level 2/3 or equivalent).
- Previous supervisory or lead experience within FM/building services.
- Strong understanding of RAMS, permits to work, and compliance processes.
- Experience using CAFM systems and producing reports.
- Good knowledge of commercial building services (HVAC, electrical, etc.).
- Experience with LV/HV systems (desirable).
