On behalf of a leading manufacturing company, we are recruiting an experienced Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to take ownership of maintenance operations within a busy production environment. The successful Lead Maintenance Engineer will supervise the maintenance team while remaining actively involved in day‑to‑day maintenance and repair activities across the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all site maintenance tasks.
- Guide and support a team of multi‑skilled technicians, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
- Carry out fault finding, repairs, and preventative maintenance on a range of electrical and mechanical machinery.
