Role Overview
Following expansion, we seek to recruit a customer-focused and technically motivated Field Service Engineer responsible for the service, repair and maintenance of our range of highly advanced CT imaging systems.
Responsibilities
- Service, repair and maintenance of CT imaging systems.
- Provide technical support in the field.
- Work closely with customers to resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Strong background in field service or technical support, preferably in a medical imaging environment.
- Extensive experience repairing CT medical imaging systems.
- Experience working on Siemens, GE Healthcare or Philips Healthcare CT systems.
- Minimum qualification of ONC or HNC level (or above) in electronics or a relevant technical discipline.
- Excellent customer service skills and a confident, professional manner in customer-facing environments.
