The Impact You’ll Make
This is more than maintaining buildings; it is about driving the long-term value and operational excellence of our portfolio. You will lead the transition toward data‑led maintenance, embedding ESG principles and modernising systems across some of London’s most iconic addresses.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Manage hard and soft services, overseeing high‑spec M&E systems and leading on major lifecycle and refurbishment programmes.
- Strategic Asset Management: Use data‑led insights to improve asset performance and guide smarter long‑term investment decisions across our heritage portfolio.
- Supply Chain Leadership: Drive accountability and innovation through a high‑performing supply chain that aligns with Argyll’s premium standards.
- Safety & ESG: Lead our health and safety strategy and embed ESG principles into the heart of our facilities operations.
- Commercial Oversight: Manage budgets with a commercial mindset, balancing quality with long‑term value.
- Digital, Data & AI Innovation: Lead the integration of digital tools, data analytics, and AI to enhance reporting, streamline operational efficiency, and implement sophisticated predictive maintenance strategies.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000
