Opportunities

Our clients are looking to strengthen their preconstruction teams by adding an experienced Estimator or Senior Estimator.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare tender submissions for concrete frame and groundwork packages.
  • Measure and take off from drawings.
  • Produce bills of quantities.
  • Conduct cost planning.
  • Attend pre‑ and post‑contract meetings with clients to present the value proposition.
  • Build up tender price from first principles based on plans, programme and scope of works.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working for an RC / Concrete Frame and Groundwork subcontractor in the UK in an estimating capacity.
  • Knowledge of pricing and producing tenders for Concrete Frame and Groundwork packages in and around the South East and London.

Salary & Benefits

Base salary between £70,000 and £120,000 per annum (self‑employed options available). Pay structure negotiated at interview. Benefits for PAYE employees include car allowance, pension, bonuses, and other typical benefits. Self‑employed candidates receive a tailored benefit package.
