Salter Grange is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join a European leader in construction solutions. Our client specializes in delivering complex, large-scale projects for global corporations. Based in Groningen, you will play a key role in the hands-on delivery of mission-critical electrical infrastructure, working within a team that values innovation and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day electrical installation activities, ensuring work is carried out to the highest technical standards.
- Supervise direct labor and sub-contractors, tracking daily progress against the project schedule.
- Actively enforce site safety protocols and contribute to the 'In Progress' snagging system to ensure a 'zero-defect' delivery.
- Monitor manpower levels and report direct/sub-contractor hours to the management team for central tracking.
- Attend site meetings and engineering reviews to ensure seamless integration between packages.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a supervisor on large-scale industrial or data centre projects.
- Strong Electrical Trade background is essential.
