Package: Up to £50,300 + 10% shift allowance (£55,330), HVAP allowance – £750 (total including HV – £56,080).

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lighting – small installation, fault-finding, lamping, changing ballast, control panel, power distribution
- Emergency lighting
- Air conditioning – air handling units / fan coil units (filter changes, cleaning)
- Chillers – re-set
- Water treatment – temperature checks / not dosing
- Plumbing – unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
- Building management system – monitor (hot & cold)
- UPS systems – monitor / take readings
Shift Pattern: Continental shift pattern – days & nights: 07:00 am to 19:00 pm & 19:00 pm to 07:00 am.
Requirements:
- Electrical or mechanical qualifications (C&G, NVQ, etc.)
- Proven track record in building maintenance
- Good communication skills
- Multi-skilled – mechanical / electrical
- Knowledge of UPS / generators / power distribution / HVAC / HV LV
- Leadership and management skills
- High-voltage certified (current or expired)
Additional Experience:
- Previous experience in a critical environment
- Previous experience in a corporate environment
