The Role
- Responsible for all electrical aspects of projects.
- Overseeing 2-3 projects at one time which generally consists of a Site Supervisor/Manager and subcontract labour.
- Commercial electrical projects up to the value of £3m - Mainly office fit outs.
- Responsible for effective relationship management with clients & working partners to achieve smooth operational and commercial progression of projects.
- Making sure health, safety & welfare is maintained and adhered to at project/site level.
- Managing projects from contract signature stage, through all phases until handover to the end user.
- Attend on site meetings, as and when required.
- Responsible for handover to clients and after care.
- Site based role.
- Reporting to the Managing Director.

The Ideal Candidate
- Will have 5+ years experience working as an Electrical Project Manager.
- Will have worked on commercial projects for tier 1 contractors.
- Will have previous experience working with commercial projects up to the value of £5m.
- Will hold a Black CSCS Managers Card. SSSTS/SMSTS advantageous.
- Will work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Will have excellent communication skills.
- Will be willing to work in London.
