Orion Smart Metering is hiring experienced Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineers for a long-term CIS contract (£240 per day) installing gas and electric smart meters in domestic properties.
Package
- £240 per day (CIS)
- Weekly pay (2 weeks in arrears)
- Call‑out rota: 1 in 4 (£400 per week)
- Long‑term contract / ongoing work
- Optional van rental available (£200/week incl. insurance)
Role Responsibilities
- Smart meter installations (gas & electric)
- Working in domestic properties
- Completing 4+ jobs per day
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Working to safety and compliance standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years Dual Fuel metering experience
- Own van, tools & fuel
- Valid UTR number
- Strong customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8am – 5pm
- Call‑out shifts (1 in 4): evenings & weekends
