Location: London / Suffolk (Hybrid)
Hybrid Working β You will be expected in the London office 2 days a week and then the Suffolk office for 2 days the following week. This will continue to switch each week. The rest of the days are WFH days.

As a Change Engineer, you'll support the management of programme change, ensuring changes are identified, assessed, governed, and implemented effectively. Working closely with the Baseline & Change Manager and wider PMO team, you'll help maintain programme baselines, coordinate governance activities, and ensure approved changes are accurately reflected across project systems and reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Support change control processes, governance forums, and change committees.
- Coordinate and maintain programme baselines across scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
- Review and track change requests, ensuring impacts are assessed and documented.
- Produce change management reports and support programme decision-making.
- Work with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure compliance with change processes.
- Ensure approved changes are implemented within programme systems and reporting.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of change management processes and controls.
- Essential
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Project Controls, PMO, Programme Management, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
- Understanding of change control, governance processes, WBS, and project delivery structures.
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Desirable
- Experience managing change on major infrastructure, construction, engineering, or capital projects.
- Nuclear industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of project controls tools and programme management software.
