About the Client

Our Client is one of the UK’s leading providers of perimeter security solutions, specializing in the manufacturing, supply, and installation of advanced security fencing systems nationwide.

Roles / Responsibilities

  • Oversee both directly employed staff and external subcontractors
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to exceptional standards
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Contracts Manager to drive project success
  • Manage projects ranging from small-scale (£5k) to large-scale (£1M+)
  • Monitor project performance, costs, and timelines
  • Handle estimating and manage variations effectively
  • Maintain strong commercial oversight and accurate forecasting

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of Contracts Management experience, ideally within the fencing industry
  • Background in construction
  • Knowledge of security fencing/gates
  • CSCS/SMSTS certifications are advantageous
  • Strong leadership and team management experience
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and project management expertise
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
