CSR is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Recruiter to join our growing team in Lisburn. The role will involve taking ownership of an established successful desk.

Responsibilities- Take ownership of your own market and recruitment desk.
- Develop new business while managing and growing existing client relationships.
- Build long‑term partnerships with clients and candidates.
- Drive revenue through contract and/or permanent recruitment.
- Enjoy the freedom to manage your desk with real autonomy and support.
- A minimum of 2 years' recruitment experience.
- Experience in either contract or permanent recruitment.
- A proven billing track record.
