Four Seasons Ltd is expanding, and we're looking for motivated, hands-on people to join us as Grounds Maintenance Operatives. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in a job well done, and want to be part of a supportive, hard-working team, this could be the role for you!
What you’ll be doing:
- Mowing grass with ride-on and pedestrian mowers, plus strimmers
- Hedge and shrub pruning & cutting
- Weed control and safe chemical application
- Seasonal work such as leaf collection, edging, litter picking and more
- Helping keep sites neat, tidy and welcoming year-round
What we’re looking for you to gain:
- Grounds maintenance and horticulture knowledge
- Pesticide training (PA6 & PA6a desirable)
- NVQ Level 2 in horticulture
- Awareness of Health & Safety regulations
- DBS/CRB check
- Full UK driving licence
- A self-starter with good initiative and team spirit
