Our exclusive client, NMB Minebea (Lincoln) is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead their Quality function during an exciting period of sustained growth. With major long-term contracts secured with industry leaders such as Airbus and Safran, this role offers exceptional stability and genuine long-term career progression to Director-level Quality positions.

Responsibilities

  • As Quality Assurance Manager, you will take ownership of the Quality Assurance function, leading a team of 6 QA Engineers and driving compliance, performance, and continuous improvement across the business.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of 6 QA Engineers
  • Managing and improving the Quality Management System in line with AS9100 / AS9001 standards
  • Acting as the primary quality interface for key aerospace customers, including Airbus and Safran
  • Leading internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory audits
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, right-first-time, and operational excellence

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in aerospace quality assurance
  • In-depth knowledge of AS9100 / AS9001 standards
  • Proven leadership experience managing QA or Quality Engineering teams
  • Experience working with major aerospace OEMs or Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers
