Lighting Design Engineer in Louth, Lincolnshire

THE ROLE Your daily duties will include but will not be limited to: * Develop detailed lighting layouts for both internal and external applications using Relux software. * Produce accurate, compliant lighting plans, ensuring all designs meet current building regulations while maintaining high service standards. * Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to explore ideas, develop concepts, and propose effective solutions. * Oversee and deliver lighting design projects from initial concept to completion, producing polished presentations based on client requirements. * Contribute to team discussions, sharing ideas and supporting the successful execution of projects. * Work alongside Technical team and wider teams to ensure all designs meet regulatory and compliance standards. Our ideal candidate must have: * Previous experience working as a Lighting Design Engineer, preferably a minimum of 2 years. * Experience using lighting design software Relux. * Demonstrate a good understanding of lighting fundamentals & specifications. * Organisational and numerical skills to manage projects & budgets. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with close attention to detail. * Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 8.00am – 5.00pm; Friday 8.00am – 3.00pm, hybrid working available.
