Fawkes and Reece are currently working with a well-established client specialising in electrical and solar projects, who is seeking an experienced Temporary Site Manager for an upcoming project based in Lincoln. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable contractor on a fast-paced project with a strong pipeline of work.
Project Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Approximately 2 months
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 17:00
- Rate: £280 - £300 per day
Role & Responsibilities
- Managing site activities and maintaining a well organised, productive environment
- Ensuring all personnel sign in and out in line with site procedures
- Upholding and enforcing strict health and safety standards at all times
- Coordinating and liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and the client
- Monitoring progress and ensuring works are carried out in accordance with programme and quality expectations
- Acting as the key point of contact on site, ensuring clear communication across all parties
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Site Manager or similar supervisory role
- Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
- Valid First Aid at Work qualification
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- A proactive and professional approach to site management
- Electrical or solar experience is not essential
