CBS Recruitment are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a well-established M&E contractor based in Lincolnshire.

About the role

  • Manage day-to-day site operations, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers and installation teams.
  • Ensure all company health and safety standards/policies are met.
  • Oversee electrical installations and ensure they meet project specifications and quality standards.
  • Attend site meetings, deliver progress reports.
  • Provide leadership and support to project teams.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving any issues.
  • Liaise with clients and other contractors.

Qualifications

  • A valid ECS card - ideally with 18th edition and 2391 test and inspection.
  • A minimum of 5 years commercial experience.
  • A successful background of delivering commercial projects.
  • A strong knowledge of electrical systems.
