A leading Tier 1 M&E contractor, renowned for their design, installation and commissioning of M&E systems on some of the UK’s most iconic construction projects, is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Project Manager to support a growing pipeline of work across the Sizewell C development and surrounding local projects. The Role
As Electrical Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of electrical packages from pre‑construction through to commissioning and handover. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors and internal delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. Projects will primarily be associated with Sizewell C and regional works, with travel and expenses covered where applicable.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage electrical installation packages on major construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, labour and materials on site
- Ensure programme milestones and project objectives are achieved
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Oversee health & safety and quality compliance across projects
- Manage project costs, reporting and commercial awareness alongside commercial teams
- Support commissioning and final project handover
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the M&E / Building Services sector
- Background delivering large‑scale commercial, industrial or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and site delivery
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment
