Role: Quality Assistant Manager
Location: Leicester
Contract: Full-time permanent

Responsibilities:
- Use your technical knowledge and management experience to coach and train/develop teams within the business.
- Maintain and routinely check products to ensure the products are packaged correctly, with food safety and legislation compliance.
- Recording information in order to demonstrate traceability.
- Sampling and testing all raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods.
- Continuously reviewing and auditing documentation for all raw materials.
- HACCP procedures and controls including checking, monitoring and implementing changes when required.
- Carry out internal audits and lead external auditing.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role (3+ years).
- Experience managing teams.
- Full UK driving licence.
