An experienced and motivated Senior Geo-Environmental Engineer is sought to join a growing consultancy team in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong and commercially aware professional looking to play a key role in an independent consultancy, where you will have a genuine influence over projects, client relationships and the future direction of the business.

You will manage and deliver a wide range of geo-environmental and contaminated land projects across residential, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and redevelopment sectors throughout Yorkshire. The role offers a balance of technical delivery, project management, mentoring junior staff and client-facing responsibilities within a collaborative and flexible working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver geo-environmental and contaminated land projects across multiple sectors in Yorkshire
  • Provide technical delivery and project management support
  • Mentor junior staff
  • Support client relationships and contribute to business development

Qualifications Requirements:

  • 5+ years consultancy experience
  • Relevant degree – MSc desirable but not required
  • Good commercial awareness
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Project management experience
  • Full UK driving license
