A leading construction consultancy in Leeds is looking for a Project Manager to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with construction consultancy experience to work across a varied portfolio of high-quality projects while developing within a respected business.
The Project Manager will support projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and senior stakeholders.
This project manager role is suited for an organised, client‑facing professional who is confident managing programmes, risks, reporting, and project delivery.

You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects across Leeds and the wider Yorkshire region, supporting both pre‑contract and post‑contract stages.
- Drive programme management, consultant coordination, procurement support, risk tracking, reporting, chair meetings, contract administration, and contractor liaison.
- Support clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring schemes are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working within a construction consultancy environment.
- Experience across commercial, residential, education, healthcare, public sector, or mixed‑use projects.
- A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or similar.
- MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, or working towards.
- Good knowledge of JCT contracts.
- Strong communication and client‑facing skills.
- A proactive and professional approach.
