My client is looking for an experienced and reliable Electrician, carrying out reactive electrical repairs and planned maintenance across a range of properties 2 - 3 per day.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out reactive electrical repairs and maintenance.
- Diagnose electrical faults and complete repairs safely and efficiently.
- Undertake planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
- Install, maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment.
- Maintain accurate job sheets, reports and compliance records.
- Work in accordance with current electrical regulations and health & safety requirements.
- Provide a professional and reliable service to customers and clients.
Requirements
- Qualified electrician with relevant electrical qualifications.
- Experience in reactive maintenance and fault finding.
- Good knowledge of current electrical regulations.
- 18th Edition qualification desirable/required.
- Inspection & Testing qualification desirable but not essential.
- Full UK driving licence desirable.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
- Reliable, punctual and professional approach.
