We are seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to lead and coordinate all electrical works on a major commercial project. This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering a high-quality project safely, on schedule, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all electrical installation activities across the project lifecycle
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Ensure compliance with electrical regulations, health & safety standards, and project specifications
- Monitor programme delivery, budgets, and resource allocation
- Review drawings, technical documents, and resolve site issues
- Lead inspections, testing, commissioning, and quality assurance processes
- Attend client and project meetings and provide progress reporting
- Support planning and sequencing to maintain project timelines
Requirements
- Gold / Black ECS SSSTS / SMSTS
- Proven experience managing electrical works on commercial construction projects
- Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications
- Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems and installations
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and project documentation
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations and industry standards
