Join a nationally renowned manufacturer in the West Yorkshire area as an Electrical Fitter. This Electrical Fitter role offers the chance to work in a clean, structured environment with strong job security and opportunities to develop. This Electrical Fitter position is ideal for someone with a background in OEM machinery, electrical assembly and testing looking for a long-term move.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, wire and test OEM machinery and electrical assemblies
  • Work from complex electrical schematics and engineering drawings
  • Maintain quality standards and follow all Health & Safety procedures
  • Support team members and assist with training where required
  • Identify and elevate electrical faults or non-conformance issues
  • Complete documentation, production records, and stock control

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working as an Electrical Fitter or similar role
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline
  • Minimum two year's experience in electrical assembly and testing of OEM machinery
  • Experience with control panel assembly, wiring and low‑voltage electrical systems
  • Ability to read complex electrical schematic diagrams and work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and electrical aptitude

The site is based in Leeds and is easily accessible from Bradford, Huddersfield, Wakefield, and surrounding areas.
