- Leading end‑to‑end electronics projects: hardware, firmware, embedded systems, and control.
- Taking ownership of designs from concept through to delivery and customer integration.

- Interfacing directly with customers to gather requirements and troubleshoot in the real world.
- Driving technical decisions, risk assessments, and project planning.
