This permanent, full‑time role is based at their Antrim head office and will involve managing a diverse range of fast‑track commercial construction projects across the UK & ROI, typically up to £2 million in value. This position is ideal for a driven, organised and quality‑focused professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is confident leading projects from concept through to completion.
Essential Criteria- Degree in a construction‑related discipline
- Minimum 10 years post‑qualification experience with a main contracting construction company
- CSR Black Card
- Proven experience delivering fast‑track construction, fit‑out and refurbishment projects
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience managing design & build projects
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and people‑management skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- Previous experience managing and leading project teams
- Ability to influence and negotiate at senior level
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong IT skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project)
- Full, clean driving licence
- Quality‑driven with a strong focus on detail and client satisfaction
