This role is suited to an ARB-registered Architect with ideally several years post-qualification experience who is confident leading projects through all RIBA work stages and is looking to further develop their career within a progressive and design-led practice.

- Lead architectural projects from concept through to completion across all RIBA work stages
- Produce planning, technical and construction drawing packages, including specifications and schedules
- Coordinate and manage project delivery alongside internal teams and external consultants
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality standards
- Prepare and review technical information in accordance with UK Building Regulations and current legislation
- Support and mentor junior members of the architectural team
- Contribute to design development, project bids and client presentations where required
- Attend site visits, design meetings and CPD events to maintain technical knowledge and industry awareness
- ARB-registered Architect
- Proven experience delivering projects across all RIBA work stages
- Strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning policy and construction detailing
- Proficient in Revit with a good understanding of BIM workflows
- Experience using NBS specification software is desirable
- Excellent design, communication, and project management skills
- Confident managing multiple projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Proactive, organised, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
