What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assisting with the servicing and maintenance of fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems.
  • Learning from experienced engineers while gaining industry‑recognised qualifications.
  • Diagnosing faults and helping carry out repairs.
  • Visiting a variety of customer sites, from offices and schools to retail and industrial premises.
  • Using tablets and mobile technology to complete job reports.
  • Providing excellent customer service and representing the company professionally.
  • Working safely and following industry standards at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Interest in technology, electronics, engineering, or hands‑on trades.
  • Good communication and people skills.
  • Reliable, motivated, and keen to develop professionally.
  • Full UK driving licence (or close to obtaining one).
  • Previous experience in engineering, electrical work, telecoms, IT, maintenance, or a related field is beneficial but not essential.
