Location: South London
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 DOE + Performance‑Related Bonus
Job Type: Full‑time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm (Office‑Based)

Key Responsibilities
- Estimate Joinery Projects: Prepare accurate cost estimates for bespoke joinery using spreadsheets or estimating software.
- Review Drawings & Specifications: Analyse plans, drawings, and client requirements to determine materials, finishes, and labour scope.
- Quote Management: Produce and manage multiple quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely turnaround.
- Client Coordination: Act as the first point of contact for clients – handling enquiries, following up quotes, and maintaining professional relationships.
- Project Updates: Adjust estimates as project scopes change, ensuring all updates are documented and communicated effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with design, production, and project teams to ensure alignment throughout each project.
- Market Awareness: Keep up to date on material costs, supplier pricing, and industry trends to maintain competitive and profitable quotations.
Skills & Experience Required
- Bespoke Joinery Knowledge: Strong understanding of joinery processes, materials, finishes, and production methods.
- Estimating Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in bespoke joinery or construction estimating.
- Software Skills: Competent with spreadsheets and/or estimating software (training available).
- Technical Understanding: Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and specifications.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; confident engaging with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Organisation: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Team Player: Positive, proactive, and collaborative approach.
