Responsibilities
- Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Managing and coordinating project related emails, calendars and communications
- Tracking project budgets and expenses
- Assisting with identifying project risks and support with the development
- Assisting the project management team in day-to-day administrative tasks
- Filing project documentation including contracts, project plans and reports
- Coordinate meetings
Previous Skills & Experience
- Demonstrable experience within a similar administrative role, coordinating projects or similar
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in delivering high quality customer service
