Undertake planned, reactive, corrective, and emergency maintenance tasks across the ExxonMobil Fawley refinery site.
What You’ll Do:
- Undertake maintenance, refurbishment & installation works of all aspects of electrical services, including emergency lighting, electrical LV switchgear, distribution boards, mains and sub-mains cabling, containment, lighting, and other electrical equipment.
- Have a good knowledge of 3 phase motor control and instrumentation systems.
- To have knowledge of inspection and testing procedures and certify works upon completion in accordance with relevant certification.
- To undertake reactive and planned service works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames ensuring client expectations are met.
- Provide detailed reports upon completion of works including breakdown processes, hours and materials of works to allow for accurate valuation of works.
- To undertake PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are met.
- To have knowledge of multi-disciplined trades in electrical distribution systems (LV), mechanical ventilation, HVAC, chillers, plumbing/CWST systems and LTHW heating services (desired).
- To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met.
- To ensure that equipment operates to specified performance criteria.
- To ensure equipment and surrounding area conform to agreed company standards.
- To provide a professional service and represent the company in a way which ensures customer satisfaction.
- To evaluate performance and ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out.
- To take a pro-active approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed to management as necessary.
- To be always fully aware of contractual requirements and customer needs.
- To ensure that administration requirements are actioned on time and all necessary documents / records are maintained accurately.
- Always working in a safe manner, complying with current Health & Safety legislation and Company H&S policy.
- Follow on call Rota - Monday to Sunday which comes with an additional payment per week on call.
- Able to uphold requirements for self presentation and appearance in accordance with expected standards.
