ABOUT THE ROLE
As a HVAC / Gas multiskilled Engineer, you will be part of our engineering team, responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial and retail sites. You will ensure HVAC / Gas systems operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with statutory and client requirements.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR WITHIN YOUR SPECIFIED AREA
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
- Carry out PPM tasks in line with SFG20, statutory requirements, and contract specifications.
- Maintain and service HVAC and gas plant including:
- Commercial gas boilers and heaters
- AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF, split systems
- Pumps, valves, fans, controls, and associated plant
