Electrical Project Manager β Building Services / M&E Contractor
A well-established M&E Contractor is looking to appoint an Electrical Project Manager to take responsibility for a project in Huddersfield while also overseeing an existing scheme in Leeds.
This is a key position within a growing business delivering mechanical and electrical packages across a range of commercial and industrial environments. The role would suit an experienced Electrical Project Manager who is confident running projects from pre-start through to completion, while maintaining close control over programme, labour, subcontractors, commercial performance and client relationships.
The Role
- Manage the electrical delivery of a live project in Huddersfield
- Oversee an existing project in Leeds, ensuring standards, programme and client expectations are met
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor progress against programme and resolve delivery issues
- Attend site meetings and act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Ensure works are delivered safely, to spec, on time and within budget
- Work closely with commercial and operational teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain strong standards of quality, compliance and reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the Building Services / M&E sector
- Strong technical understanding of electrical building services installations
- Experience managing projects on site from start to finish
- Able to manage subcontractors, programme and client expectations effectively
- Commercially aware and capable of working closely with internal teams
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
