Position Morgan McKinley is hiring a Sales Support Administrator for a client based on the outskirts of Horsham, West Sussex. The role is part of the Sales Support – Customer quotation and order management team and involves providing excellent customer service, handling client queries, managing sales quotations, checking customer orders, updating systems and supporting the sales/account management team.
Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers in servicing customer accounts.
- Process customer quotations and sales orders.
- Monitor and update the sales database.
- Perform sales administration tasks.
- Answer and service incoming calls from clients regarding quotations, orders, and pricing.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and high levels of service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar Sales Administration support, Quotation/Order Management, or customer sales support role.
- Highly organised and detail‑oriented.
- Good IT skills.

- Salary: up to £32,000.
- Location: Office based Mon‑Fri, Horsham area.
- Own transport required due to rural location.
