Looking for your next big commercial challenge? We're hiring a Quantity Surveyor to join UKPN Services - Commercial in Gatwick. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key commercial role supporting high-value contracts and client projects, with turnover of up to £10 million per year. Responsibilities

  • You will play a vital role in supporting and leading the commercial delivery of long-term contracts and competitively tendered client projects.
  • From managing contract set-up and scope changes to advising on NEC3/NEC4 contracts, you will help drive compliance, commercial performance and profitability across a varied portfolio.
  • You will work closely with Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, planners, subcontractors and suppliers - building strong relationships and ensuring projects stay commercially on track.

Qualifications

  • Proven quantity surveying experience
  • Strong understanding of commercial contract management
  • Experience in a client-led construction/project environment
  • Great communication, negotiation and analytical skills
  • The ability to work with autonomy and confidence
  • Professional membership or qualifications in RICS, CIOB, ICES or similar (desirable)
