Responsibilities
- Integrating lighting control with wider smart building systems (BMS, IP networks and beyond).
- Working with protocols like BACnet, MQTT, DALI and IP networking to get systems talking and publishing data cleanly.
- Diagnosing and resolving communication and integration faults on live projects - including hands‑on tracing with an oscilloscope.
- Working with commissioning engineers on setup, testing and root‑cause investigations.
Qualifications
- A technical background (electrical/electronic engineering, networks, IT or computer systems).
- Qualifications welcome but not essential if your hands‑on knowledge is strong.
- Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving instincts.
