We are currently recruiting for a Highway Maintenance Operative based in Kings Lynn (PE30 5BN) on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team maintaining vital road infrastructure across the region.

- Summer: Lane closures, barrier repairs, inspections, debris removal, cone deployment
- Winter: Gritting across the network

- IPV Motorway Training
- Lantra TTMBC & 12A Traffic Management
- Highways England Winter Maintenance
Requirements
- HGV Class 2 licence
- Valid Driver CPC
Pay & Benefits
- Days: £13.84/hr
- Nights: £18.45/hr
- Overtime: Base + 50% (Weekdays, Sat, Sun)
- Standby Retainer: £143/week
- Winter Maintenance: Paid as overtime
