We are recruiting for Process Operatives for our client in Hereford who are a global provider of heat treatment and thermal processing. With training provided along with career progression, the position is of an immediate start working a continental shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Machine setting and operation
  • Planning efficient loading and unloading of equipment
  • Supporting preventative maintenance activities
  • Ensuring site is kept secure at all times
  • Reporting deficiencies/faults in equipment performance
  • Relaying to management any problems or opportunities as they arise

Benefits:

  • Overtime available at Time and a Half

Shifts:

  • 3 week shift pattern of days and nights averaging at 39 hours per week.
  • Days 7am-7pm (Monday to Friday)
  • Nights 7pm-7am (Monday to Friday)

Pay Rate:

  • £13.98 per hour
  • £20.97 per hour for any overtime hours over standard weekly shift

Additional Benefits:
