The Role
As an Electronic Technician, you’ll be involved in diagnosing, testing, and repairing advanced electronic and mechatronic modules. This role offers plenty of variety and the chance to build deep technical expertise in a fast-evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Test electronic circuits by simulating real-world signals and loads
- Diagnose faults down to component level on PCBs
- Reverse engineer circuits to identify root causes of failures
- Carry out hardware and software repair and rebuild activities
- Produce clear and accurate technical documentation
- Work closely with engineering teams to develop effective solutions
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in electronic fault finding to component level
- Strong understanding of circuit analysis and electronics principles
- Hands‑on experience with PCB rework and soldering
- Methodical approach to problem solving and diagnostics
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Desirable Experience
- Knowledge of complex electronic systems and communication protocols
- Experience with lean manufacturing or process improvement
- Background in roles such as Electronics Technician, Test Engineer, or similar
