A leading Facilities Management organisation is looking to recruit an Engineering Supervisor with an Electrical bias for a key site in Harwell, Oxfordshire. This role offers a great balance of hands-on engineering and leadership, with responsibilities split 50/50 between technical work and supervising a team of 6 engineers. It’s an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to take the next step in their career within a well-established FM environment.
The Role
- Supervise and support a team of engineers on site
- Ensure planned preventative maintenance (PPM) targets are met
- Maintain statutory compliance and ensure critical infrastructure remains operational
- Carry out fault finding, diagnosis and repairs across electrical and building services systems
- Review job sheets and maintenance records for accuracy
- Monitor subcontractors and ensure safe working practices
Requirements
- Electrical C&G qualification (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition (BS7671)
- Experience within building services / M&E maintenance
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- 2391 Inspection & Testing (desirable)
