Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor within RC Frame & Groundworks
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering profitable projects
- Excellent knowledge of contracts, cost control, and risk management
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
