Amour Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for an experienced Production Operative to join our lovely client in the heart of Crondall, near Farnham. In this exciting role, you'll support a busy production operation, supporting the operation of machinery, packaging of products and organising stock in the warehouse.
Duties:
- Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently, adhering to standard operating procedures.
- Assist with setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of production machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Handle materials and components with care, utilizing forklift or other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Perform packaging of finished products according to specifications while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and quality checks in compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, including batch records and equipment logs.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments, with knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse handling equipment safely.
- Experience in packaging, machining, or materials handling is desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation and process adherence.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
Hours: 08:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday
