Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor needed to manage the cost controls and cost reporting on between 2-3 civil engineering projects, each valued at circa £2m - £6m. Should be self-sufficient and be able to manage their own workload and responsibilities. A mixture of site based, office and home working. Sites are within 30 miles of Birmingham and surrounding areas. Reporting to Commercial Director. Working for a very established business. All clients are large blue chip construction organisations.
