Responsibilities
- Providing hardware installation and break-fix support for diverse IT equipment in client environments.
- Assisting senior engineers with technical support activities across products like hand-held devices, laptops, servers, and network gear.
- Developing broad technical expertise in Data Centre hardware, including servers, power supplies, and storage solutions.
- Working within a shift pattern that covers 24/7 maintenance, including late shifts and weekends, supporting clients effectively.
- Following manual handling practices and using hand tools and test equipment to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Maintaining security awareness and working independently to meet service level targets.
- Communicating clearly with clients and team members, upholding the brand's professional image.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Manual dexterity and ability to handle hardware safely and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a creative approach to troubleshooting.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and shifts, with full support from the team.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the designated regions.
